Returns & Refund Policy

All products sold by The Shield Wall are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is uniquely produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
  • The item is no longer wanted

We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully — including size guides — before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@theshieldwall.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the fault or damage

We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.


Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
