1. Order Processing All products sold by The Shield Wall are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days of purchase, depending on the product and print provider.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
4. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and print provider used.
5. International Orders & Customs International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@theshieldwall.store and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
